Vol. 10, No. 2 - Spring 2013

Dear [[first_name]],

Described by Napoleon as a “sleeping giant,” China is home to one of the world’s oldest and largest civilizations. The vast nation is rich with both historic and contemporary treasures. Discover the secrets of China’s mystique and explore the landmark sights of its finest cities and breathtaking interior countryside, from the 3,000-year-old city of Beijing and sparkling Shanghai to the welcoming farming and riverbank villages.

Join us Oct. 8-21 on our China and the Yangtze River tour, and visit the world-renowned historic landmarks of Beijing, Xi’an, Chongqing and Shanghai, including visits to six UNESCO World Heritage sites. Also see the lush beauty of interior China along the Yangtze River, the longest in China, on a three-night cruise aboard the elegant Century Paragon, built in 2012.

So, as a Chinese proverb says, “Don’t listen to what they say. Go See.” This travel experience is limited to 36 travelers. Reserve your space today.

Regards from Westwood,

Take an extraordinary journey aboard the deluxe Jewels of the Amazon into one of the most biologically diverse places on Earth. See brilliantly hued toucans, pink dolphins cavorting in the waters and chattering troops of monkeys foraging in the trees, and more.

Bhutan
Oct. 14-27

Be one of the few to travel to Bhutan, a land of soaring snow-capped peaks, alpine meadows and exotic flora and fauna. Beyond the awe-inspiring Himalayas, visit Buddhist monasteries, meet children and teachers at a local school, and explore Bumthang valley, the religious and cultural heartland of Bhutan.

Polar Bears of Churchill
Oct. 21-27

Most of us have seen polar bears in captivity, but few have had the extraordinary experience of observing them in their natural habitat. Become one of these lucky few when you journey to Churchill on Canada’s Hudson Bay, the “Polar Bear Capital of the World.”
