Dear Health Science Alumnus,

Please join us for the third annual UCLA School of Nursing Distinguished Alumni Speaker Series. Two dynamic evenings are planned, featuring riveting presentations on current health topics coupled with an alumni networking mixer.

On Nov. 28, Dr. Afaf Meleis will examine the impact of urbanization on women’s health and what the future holds. Then on Feb. 21, Dr. Barbara Bates Jensen, will discuss how best to care for wounds, the prevalence of which has created a pandemic with global and local implications.

The cost for each presentation is $45, including appetizers, or save $10 by registering for both. All proceeds support the establishment of the Distinguished Alumni Scholarship.
