Medical alumni are invited to join the celebrations at the Class of 2011 Hippocratic Oath Ceremony, Class of 2015 White Coat Ceremony and the upcoming All Alumni Reunion. To express your interest or for more information, contact Gelareh Z. Gabayan M.D.’03, 60th anniversary committee chair, by

The Future of Medicine
The David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and the UCLA Health System have a new plan for the future. Outlined in Shaping the Future: Strategic Plan 2011-2015, the plan identifies the aspirations and priorities that will ensure successful growth in four core areas: community engagement, research, clinic care and education. The focus will be on global collaborative, patient-centric care and research that illuminates the basis for health and cures for diseases.

Dr. Hastrup lives in Fresno and is a diagnostic pediatric radiologist at Children’s Hospital Central California and conducts women’s imaging at Wishon Radiology, where he has been president for the last 15 years.
