UCLA won its 10th NCAA basketball title in just 12 years in March 1975, setting a record that has yet to be matched. The 1975 title was the final feather in the cap for head coach John Wooden, who announced his impending retirement during that season’s Final Four.
We will honor the 40th anniversary of UCLA’s 1975 NCAA Championship Team on Sunday, March 1, at halftime of the Bruins’ basketball game against Washington State in Pauley Pavilion.
We would like to extend a special invitation to the UCLA Classes of ’75, ’76 and ’77 to help us celebrate the 40th anniversary of this championship. Join us for the game and receive an exclusive discount of up to 40% off seating in select areas. Plus, it’s Junior Bruin Day! Kids 12 years and under are invited to shoot a free throw on Nell & John Wooden Court following the game.
