Refresh and Reset!

There's nothing like jumping into a new quarter with a fresh attitude! But it's not always easy to hit the "refresh" button on your perspective.

Whether a negative roommate is tanking your mood, the job search is dragging you down, or you’re just feeling meh, these boosts are just what you need to start the quarter with a positive attitude.

Professional Tip Block
A recent study from University of California, Riverside found that people who set ambitious goals versus conservative goals end up feeling happier.

So as you set goals for your spring quarter, be mindful of setting aside limiting beliefs. Goals are set to achieve something bigger than what you are currently doing. So why set a conservative goal which in turn will only get you conservative results? If you want big results, set ambitious goals.
