PROFESSIONAL TIP

Heather posted a question in our Drop-In GroupMe about how to improve your chances of getting an interview after applying to a job online. We hear you Heather – your resume is most likely to be read by a robot before ever getting to a person. We suggested JobScan , which allows you to copy/paste your resume content and the job description side by side to compare how well the keywords in your resume match the language of the job description. It’s a great tool for helping get your resume past the bots.
