Your UCLA degree promises “Opportunities for Life” which includes a dynamic connection to the University and fellow alumni through interaction and engagement. Take advantage of the promise by attending a stimulating evening that explores the complexities and nuances of Israel today with UCLA Professor of Jewish History, David Myers.

According to Professor Myers, “Israel is a dynamic, argumentative society with a wide range of political opinions.” Alumni vacationing with the UCLA Travel Program have chosen Israel as their desired destination to explore, learn and understand the people and land. Come welcome fellow alumni and hear Professor Myers as he convenes an informal conversation with leading Israeli intellectuals and scholars. The discussion will focus on the key issues of the day and the way in which Israelis understand their country and the region in which they live. Will you agree or disagree? Come find out and join the conversation.

Seating is limited; please RSVP to Lily Tsau (ltsau@alumni.ucla.edu) by Thursday, March 13.
