Thanksgiving is a time to gather, reflect and celebrate the abundance in our lives, from the people we cherish to the traditions we hold dear. It’s a day to share gratitude, warmth and the comfort of home. But, as the dining halls close and UCLA’s campus grows quiet for the holiday, it reminds us of the students still here, far from their families.
By welcoming two international students to your Thanksgiving table, you will introduce them to the kindness and generosity Bruins are known for. Whether your celebration follows traditional customs or your unique style, you’ll offer these students more than just a meal — you’ll share a sense of belonging and help them make memories that will resonate long after the day ends.
