The UCLA Black Alumni Association (UBAA) has been supporting the greater Black community for over 50 years. This Black History Month we want to highlight the great work UBAA has done to lead conversations about social and racial justice.
In January, UBAA held its Social Justice Virtual Summit and led a number of conversations addressing racial and social justice — from highlighting inequities in the pandemic response and education to addressing anti-LGBTQ+ sentiment in the Black community.
