As Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month comes to a close, we are reminded that Asian/Pacific Americans, like other minoritized groups in the United States, are not a monolith. Race, class, gender and other characteristics make up our own unique intersectional identity.
It is so important that we acknowledge the intersectionality of our community as we engage in activism, anti-racist practices and other movements for social justice. This issue is dedicated to our Bruin community and those building cross-cultural and intersectional solidarity.
