Time and again referred to as America’s national pastime, the game of baseball has helped play a key role in the shaping of our nation. This tour takes a deep dive into the historical aspects that make baseball the game we enjoy today. Visit two historic ballparks, Yankee Stadium and Fenway Park. Also enjoy behind-the-scenes tours, lectures and a private tour of the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown.
Last July, 21 UCLA travelers ventured to Alaska on this popular annual tour. Spend eight days navigating the waterways of the Inside Passage aboard the 66-passenger Chichagof Dream and witness wildlife up close from its kayaks and skiffs. This is the way to experience Alaska, not from a 4,000-passenger floating hotel.

“I have visited Ireland twice and plan to return one day. Our 13-day tour covers many of Ireland’s highlights, including Dublin, Galway, Killarney and Kilkenny. I especially enjoy walking along the Cliffs of Moher, a five-mile stretch 700 feet above the sea. On a clear day you can see the Aran Islands from here!”

It was the last continent for us! There were so many highlights, including walking amidst hundreds of penguins; the Minke whale who befriended our Zodiac; and French champagne on a surprise visit to a tabular iceberg. We look forward to our next adventure with UCLA Alumni Travel!”
