Level Up! How to Move from Manager to Executive

It’s been said that hard work will eventually get you to the top of the proverbial ladder of success. But that alone often isn’t enough. In making the leap from middle management to the executive level, you’ve got to show you have the qualities for leadership and strategically position yourself for advancement.

In this event, learn from senior consultants John Amer ’90 and Dr. Jennice Vilhauer ’93 of the renowned global executive search and advisory firm, Korn Ferry. They’ll discuss what companies look for in a top candidate and what steps you can take now to differentiate yourself from the rest. You’ll also have the opportunity to take Korn Ferry’s online leadership assessment and identify your own strengths and areas for development as a leader.
