Dinners for 12 Strangers Cheers to 50 Years. What began as two dinners near campus has now grown to more than 400 worldwide. It came into being in the late 60s during a time of challenge and promise, and continues today with food, fun and Bruin camaraderie. The formula remains the same - arrive as strangers, depart as friends. Hear from longtime hosts and guests why Dinners for 12 Strangers is one of the most popular (and most copied) Bruin traditions. Then sign up to participate.

Bruins Give Thanks
In this season of giving, Bruins express their gratitude for the impact that UCLA has made and continues to make in their lives. Support the work of UCLA Alumni at home and around the world by joining as a Blue or Gold Member or simply giving back.

Nominate a Bruin for a UCLA Award
Each year since 1946, the UCLA Alumni Association has honored alumni who have risen to excellence within their communities or fields of work, through their achievements or their service. Think of a Bruin whom you admire, someone who stands out from the rest, someone who deserves to be recognized with a UCLA Award.

UCLA Leaders Tour Asia
This past November, a UCLA delegation comprised of Chancellor Block and The UCLA Foundation Board of Directors embarked on a four-city tour of Asia to strengthen the university's commitment to alumni abroad and to share the global impact of UCLA's work in healthcare, engineering, law, business, sustainability, scholarships and sports.
