Join us during Move-in Weekend!
The UCLA Parent & Family Association will host Parent & Family Receptions during Move-in Weekend 2024 from 2:30-4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 19, Friday, Sept. 20, and Saturday, Sept. 21, at the James West Alumni Center. These casual, open-house style gatherings will give you the chance to relax, enjoy light refreshments and meet other Bruin families. Let us know if you plan to attend!

Bruin Family Weekend

Save the dates for Bruin Family Weekend! Take part in this fun-filled opportunity to enjoy time with your student as you get a taste of campus life, hear from star faculty, learn about campus resources and take part in Bruin traditions. Registration will open in early October.
UC Student Health Insurance: All registered students are automatically enrolled in UCSHIP, UCLA's medical insurance program. If your student would like to waive UCSHIP, they must submit a request by Sept. 20.
Coffee Socials: These regional events, hosted by parents and families of current UCLA students, provide an opportunity for attendees to foster connections with the Bruin community in their local area. Learn more and sign up to attend or host here.
