Mentee Spotlight: Ariana Perez, Exp. '24
Congratulations to mentee Ariana Perez, who was nominated by her mentor, Eric Miller '08.
“Ariana has the heart and temperament of a public servant; I can tell she cares deeply about the Bruin community and citizens. At the same time she is very bright, inquisitive and earnest. I always enjoy talking with her about current events, getting involved in grander causes, and in general how we are all weathering the present storm. While her freshman year may be non-traditional, I can see it galvanizing her to great purpose, for she has the drive to effect positive change.”
Perez is a first-year pre-business economics major. Miller earned his bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics and is currently mentoring two students.
